General Description
Stems flattened, winged, branched. Submersed leaves linear, 5–20 cm × 2–5 mm; stipules 15–30 mm long, not sheathing. Floating leaves absent. Spikes 15–25 mm long, continuous. Tepals green, 1–2 mm long. Fruits 3–5 mm long, keeled with a curved beak (
