General Description
Stems 20–80 cm. Leaves cauline, 3–12 cm long, oblong to lanceolate. Inflorescence 6–25 cm long with 5 to 40 flowers; bracts 6–40 mm long. Flowers yellowish green; lateral sepals 3–7 mm long; hood 2–5 mm long; lip petal 4–6 mm long, narrowly lanceolate, pendent; spur sac-like, shallowly 2-lobed, 2–4 mm long. Capsule 8–11 mm long (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).
