General Description
Stems 6–25 cm, glabrate. Leaves broadly cordate-ovate, 1–3 cm long. Inflorescence of 4 to 16 flowers; bracts ca. 1 mm long. Flowers sepals 2–3 mm long, lanceolate to oblong; lip petal declined, 4–5 mm long, Y-shaped with 2 acuminate, divergent lobes. Capsule globose 4–6 mm long (Lesica et al. 2012.
