General Description
Stems pale yellow, 5–25 cm. Inflorescence with 4 to 12 flowers; bracts 0.5–1.5 mm long. Flowers: sepals and upper petals 4–7 mm long, cupped forward, yellow to white; lip petal 3–5 mm long, white with obscure basal lobes. Capsule 6–11 mm long (Lesica et al. 2012.
