General Description
Stems purple, 10–45 cm. Inflorescence with 7 to 25 flowers; bracts 2.5–5 mm long. Flowers: sepals and upper petals 9–16 mm long, cupped forward, white with purple longitudinal stripes; lip petal 8–12 mm long, white, purple-stripped, unlobed, with 2 bumps on the inner surface at the base.
