General Description
Stoloniferous, stemless with a growth form similar to strawberry. Leaves basal, arising singly or in tufts from stolon nodes. Leaf blades oblong, 5–20 cm long, divided into 15 to 25 oblanceolate, dentate leaflets, glabrous to sparsely hairy above, white-tomentose beneath. Inflorescence of solitary flowers on long, sericeous peduncles. Flowers: sepals spreading, 2–5 mm long; bracteoles as long or longer; petals yellow, 5–9 mm long. Achenes lightly wrinkled, ca. 2 mm long; styles attached laterally (
