General Description
Leaf blades elliptic, 15–35 mm long with crenate margins, sparsely tomentose above, white-lanate beneath. Scapes 5–20 cm. Flowers nodding; hypanthium villous within; calyx lobes ovate, 5–6 mm long; petals yellow, elliptic, 8–13 mm long, nearly erect. Achenes 3–4 mm long; style 15–25 mm long (Lesica et al. 2012.
