General Description
Dioecious shrub. Stems erect or ascending, 50–200 cm; twigs gray. Leaves alternate, 3–12 cm long, glandular-serrate, puberulent on the veins below, petioles 5–15 mm long. Inflorescence few axillary, pedicellate flowers. Flowers functionally unisexual, 5-merous; sepals 1–2 mm long; petals lacking; stigmas 3. Drupe 3-seeded, 5–9 mm wide, poisonous (
