General Description
Stems erect, 2–8 cm with villous, entirely basal leaves. Leaf blades 5–15 mm long, oblong to spatulate, divided into 3 to 7 linear lobes. Flowers solitary; petals quickly falling, 3–6 mm long, as long as the hairy sepals. Achenes 1–2 mm long, short-hairy with a blade-like beak ca. 3 mm long; heads cylindric, bristly, to 20 mm long.
