General Description
Taprooted annuals. Stems ascending, 3–20 cm. Basal leaf blades ovate to rhombic, 1–7 cm long. Stem leaves perfoliate, forming a disk. Inflorescence single-bracteate with spreading pedicels to 5 mm long. Flowers: sepals 1–4 mm long; petals white, 2–5 mm long. Capsule as long as sepals with ca. 3 seeds (Lesica et al. 2012. Manual of Montana Vascular Plants. BRIT Press. Fort Worth, TX).

Our plants are variety parviflora.

POLLINATORS
