General Description
Annual with glabrous to scabrous foliage. Stems twining or trailing, 10–100 cm. Leaves long-petiolate; the blades sagittate, 1–4 cm long; stipules glabrous, 2–4 mm long. Flowers 3–4 mm long, several in leaf axils and short, narrow terminal clusters; pedicels spreading 1–3 mm long; tepals greenish, scabrous, often with thin, white margins.
