General Description

Diagnostic Characteristics
Barneby (1989, Intermt. Flora, Vol. 3, Part B) uses the following characters to separate variety argophylla : Larger laves 2-8 cm long and shorter than the scapes; leaflets 5-9(11), crowded on arachis less than 2 cm long; pod tumescent but not bladdery, 4-6 mm diameter; leaflets of mature leaves 3-10 mm long.
