General Description
Stems yellow. Inflorescence of compact, many-flowered glomerules. Flowers sessile or subsessile, 1–3 mm long, 5-merous; calyx not fleshy, yellowish, the lobes ovate; corolla tube as long as the calyx; appendages nearly reaching the top of the tube; stamens barely surpassed by the corolla lobes; stigmas globose, slightly beaked.
