General Description
Taprooted annual to short-lived perennial. Stems prostrate to ascending, 5–20 cm long, branched with racemes terminal and from upper leaf axils. Leaves all cauline, oblanceolate, 2–6 cm long, crenate-dentate to pinnately lobed, the terminal lobe largest. Vestiture of sparse simple hairs or glabrous. Petals yellow, 0.5–1 mm long, shorter than the sepals. Fruits linear-oblong siliques, 4–9 × 1.5–2.4 mm, glabrous; styles 0.2–0.5 mm long; pedicels spreading, 1–5 mm long (

Range Comments
Found from California to Washington, east to Saskatchewan, North Dakota, and Missouri and south to Texas and northern Mexico (Rollins 1993).
