The Philadelphia Vireo breeds from east-central British Columbia east to New Brunswick and south to northeastern Minnesota, northern Michigan, northeastern Vermont, northern New Hampshire, and southern Maine (Sibley 2014). In Montana, this species has several spring and fall records over the past decade (Montana Bird Distribution Committee 2012).
