The Curve-billed Thrasher is a year-round resident of central and southern Arizona, southern and eastern New Mexico, southeastern Colorado, and western Texas east to the Texas Gulf Coast (Sibley 2014). In Montana, this species has two records over the past decade (Montana Bird Distribution Committee 2012).
